This committee shall be appointed at the February meeting of odd number years. Such bylaws shall be reviewed at the October meeting of odd number years by the membership and any amendments shall be adopted at the next Lone Star Chapter meeting following the 30-day notice requirement as provided in Article XII of the Bylaws. The committee may accept recommendations from the membership throughout the year to be included in the review.
